Tequila + Lemon = we call it “Tequilimon”
This recipe is quick, it’s easy, and comes in handy if you’ve run out of limes…but try not to let that happen. Running out of limes is not good for your emotional health. If you happen to like limoncello this is like meeting its cousin with a little bit of an attitude but always knows how to have a good time. For a smooth drink where you can really appreciate the lemon essence we recommend using a tequila blanco like Espolon.
1.5 oz tequila blanco
1/2 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
